Elise Kopulos

Where she served as a FOCUS missionary:

Elise Kopulos served at Montana State University (Bozeman, MT) during the 2004-2006 school years.

What she’s up to now:

Elise is living in the Chicago area with her family and is working at a coffee shop part- time. She is working toward pursuing a Master’s Degree in Education and Art Therapy. She has a passion for giving talks to young women in youth groups and high schools on the topics of chastity and the dignity of women.

How has FOCUS impacted her life: 

“I was involved in FOCUS for three years as a student and two years as a missionary. I remember looking out at all the missionaries during summer training and saying to God, “Why me? Why have you chosen me to be with such amazing people and with such an incredible movement?” I have learned through FOCUS that God does choose us. He chooses us all to make a positive difference in the world by loving others enough to tell them the truth and to form relationships with them.  FOCUS has given me a greater appreciation for the sacraments, the saints, and our Catholic faith.” ~Elise Kopulos
