FOCUS Receives ÒBest of the BestÓ Honor
Greeley, CO – FOCUS has been honored by the Catholic Campus Ministry Association (CCMA) as an exemplary campus ministry program. FOCUS received the Appropriating the Faith award, which is given to a campus ministry or individual who is the Òbest of the bestÓ in working to share the Gospel message within the United States. The award was presented to FOCUS Founder and President Curtis Martin at the 2005 Bishops' Reception Exemplary Programs awards.
Curtis Martin traveled to Washington D.C. to receive the award. ÒOn behalf of the students and staff of FOCUS I am very honored to receive this acknowledgement from CCMA. God is doing amazing things in the life of young leaders; this should be a cause for hope to anyone who cares about the future of our Church, country and culture,Ó said Martin.
