Board of DirectorsCurtis A. Martin - Founder and President of FOCUSCurtis Martin is the President and Founder of FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students, one of the fastest growing programs in the Catholic Church. Curtis Martin holds a Masters degree in Theology from Franciscan University. He is co-host of the ground-breaking show Crossing the Goal, on EWTN and author of Made For More. He is co-author of Boys to Men: The Transforming Power of Virtue and Family Matters: A Scripture Study on Marriage and Family as well as a contributing author of Catholic for a Reason, Vols. I, II, III and IV. He was awarded the inaugural Excellence in Evangelization award by Envoy magazine. In 2004 Curtis and his wife Michaelann were awarded the Benemerenti Medal by Pope John Paul II for their outstanding service to the Church. He serves as an adjunct professor at the Augustine Institute in Denver, Colorado. Curtis and his beautiful wife Michaelann live in Greeley, Colorado with their eight children.
Craig A. Miller - Chief Operating Officer of FOCUSCraig Miller is the Chief Operating Officer of FOCUS. Mr. Miller received his MBA from Golden Gate University before pursuing a seventeen-year career in technology sales and marketing, followed by six years in non-profit management. His recent positions include Vice Chairman of the Augustine Institute Board of Directors, President of the Alta Vista Center for Autism, and founding partner of Cana Communications. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Glory Community, and the Alta Vista Center for Autism. Craig lives in the Denver area with his wonderful wife, Melissa, and their six children.
Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap. - Archbishop of DenverArchbishop Charles J. Chaput joined the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin, St. Augustine Province in 1965. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. Fidelis College Seminary in Herman, Pennsylvania, Archbishop Chaput completed Studies in Psychology at Catholic University in Washington D.C, in 1969, and earned a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Capuchin College in Washington D.C. in 1970. He was ordained to the priesthood on August 29, 1970. Archbishop Chaput received a Master of Arts in Theology from the University of San Francisco in 1971. He served as an instructor in theology and spiritual director at St. Fidelis from 1971-1974 and as executive secretary and director of communications for the Capuchin Province of St. Augustine in Pittsburgh from 1974-1977. In 1977, Archbishop Chaput became pastor of Holy Cross Parish in Thornton, Colorado, and vicar provincial for the Capuchin Province of Mid-America. Archbishop Chaput was ordained Bishop of Rapid City, South Dakota, on July 26, 1988. Pope John Paul II appointed him Archbishop of Denver on February 18, 1997.
Mrs. Carol Saeman - Owner, Medallion Enterprises, LLCCarol Saeman has been involved in social justice issues worldwide, promoting natural family planning, Catholic education, and fighting homelessness and pornography. Currently, Mrs. Saeman serves on the Board of Directors of Saint John Vianney Seminary, Legatus Board of Governors, Nurturing Network, and the Fellowship of Catholic University Students and was proclaimed a Steward of St. Peter by the Papal Foundation. Mrs. Saeman and her husband John were inducted into the Order of the Knights of St. Gregory the Great in February of 2005 and were honored with the Imago Dei Award by the Archdiocese of Denver in 2006. She received an honorary Doctorate from Loras College in October, 1997 and an honorary Doctorate in Public Service from Regis University of Denver. The Saeman family has formed the Saeman Family Foundation, Inc., which primarily serves philanthropic endeavors in support of the Catholic Church. Carol and John own Medallion Enterprises, LLC, an investment entity located in Denver, Colorado. They have three children and 11 grandchildren.
Mrs. Katherine M. LeBlanc CPA - Chief Financial Officer of FOCUS
Katherine LeBlanc is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the states of California and Virginia. She has served as FOCUS Chief Financial Officer since March of 2000. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and French from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mrs. LeBlanc has over twenty years of accounting and finance experience, which includes public accounting, corporate accounting, government accounting and not-for-profit accounting. She and her husband Ray live in Berthoud, Colorado with their son Nicholas. Monsignor Andrew Baker - Serves with the Congregation for BishopsMonsignor Baker graduated from Saint Charles Seminary (Philadelphia) and was ordained on June 1, 1991 as a priest for the Diocese of Allentown. He was sent for further theological studies to the University of Navarre (Pamplona, Spain) and the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross (Rome, Italy) where he earned a doctorate in Moral Theology in 1997. As a priest he has served as parochial vicar, university chaplain, high school teacher, seminary professor and, in 2001, he returned to Rome to become an official at the Congregation for Bishops where he presently serves. Msgr. Baker is also a visiting professor at the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum), visiting professor at Christendom College Rome Campus, and chaplain for the Notre Dame University students in the School of Architecture and those in the semester abroad program in Rome. Mr. Joe Wurtz - Dean of Students, Benedictine CollegeJoe Wurtz served at Benedictine College in Atchison, KS as a part-time missionary during the 1998 and 1999 school years. He then served as Campus Director at the University of Denver during the 2000-2001 school year. Before joining FOCUS staff, Joe was a FOCUS student leader at Benedictine College. Joe currently serves as the Dean of Students at Benedictine College in Atchison, KS. Joe and his wife Megan (Monahan) met as missionaries with FOCUS.
Mrs. Glory Sullivan - President, Sullivan FoundationGlory Sullivan is a graduate of Georgetown Visitation College in Washington, D.C. After beginning her career with the Prudential Insurance Company, she was a founder, senior vice president, and board member of Government Institutes, Inc. She was also the president and board member of Four Research Place Corporation and founder and member of the board of the Sullivan Foundation. She is a member of the Order of the Malta, the Order of the Holy Sepulcher, and Legatus. Currently, she is a member of the Board of Trustees of the new Ave Maria University, Naples, Florida. Since her retirement from Government Institutes, she has devoted her time to Catholic charitable and educational works in Asia, and Central and South America, and particularly those to whom support has been given by the Tom & Glory Sullivan Foundation. The Sullivans are members of Our Lady Star of the Sea parish in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida in the Diocese of St. Augustine and continue to be active in the Archdiocese of Washington, particularly at St. Raphael Parish in Rockville, Maryland. She and her husband, Thomas, have raised three children and have seven grandchildren.

Mark Collar is the former President of Global Pharmaceuticals for Proctor & Gamble. He is currently the Chairman of the Third Frontier Advisory Board, which provides direction for the state's 10 year $1.6 billion investment in high tech research, innovation, and company formation. He is also Vice Chairman and a Member of the Executive Committee for BioOhio, Inc., a non-profit organization which promotes the acceleration and growth of life science companies in Ohio. Further, Mr. Collar is also a Trustee and Member of the Executive Committee for the Health Alliance, a leading hospital group serving the greater Cincinnati area. Mr. Collar was recently appointed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services to advise the Director of the Centers for Disease Control.
Leonard Leo - Executive Vice President of The Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy StudiesLeonard A. Leo serves as the Executive Vice President of The Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy Studies, an organization of conservatives and libertarians dedicated to traditional legal principles and interested in the current state of the legal order. Before joining the Federalist Society, Mr. Leo served as a law clerk to Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and to Judge Randall Rader of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Leonard serves as an officer of the American Bar Association's Section of Administrative Law. He has acted as a consultant on a number of legislative and litigation projects involving banking regulation, property rights, discrimination law, judicial selection, regulatory reform, federalism, and freedom of speech. Since May of 2002, Leonard has been a member of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, an organization that emphasizes the provision of services to ill and disabled members of the community who are most in need. Leonard also serves on the Boards of Directors of the Youth Leadership Foundation, the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast, and the Catholic Action Network. Mr. Leo received his law degree with honors from Cornell Law School in 1989 and his undergraduate degree with high honors from Cornell University in 1987. He is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court, D.C. Circuit, Federal Circuit, Washington, D.C., and New Jersey Bars. Leonard Leo lives in Arlington with his wife Sally and their four children - Margaret, Anthony, Elizabeth, and Thaddeus.
