My FOCUS Story

My senior year at Saint Mary's University in Winona, MN I attended the Marian Eucharistic Congress in Fargo, ND. It was there that I met my first FOCUS Missionary. After talking with her I knew that I wanted to do FOCUS after graduation. I applied about a week after and the rest they say is history.

The Past

I spent my first two years on staff at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. It was quite the experience for a small town Minnesota boy.

I spent the next two years serving at Minnesota State University in Mankato. It brings great joy to me to invite college students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.

The Present

This coming Fall I will be leading a team of missionaries at South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD for a second year. I'm excited to work with the athletes on campus.

Happy to announce our son Zachary Joseph was born this December.

Please continue to pray for the mission of the New Evangelization at SDSU.
